What you can delete
You can request deletion of your Rivo account, including SMS-derived transaction data, financial insights, preferences, chat history, and linked account data where applicable.
Delete in the app
If you still have access to the app, go to:
Profile → Account → Delete account data
Processing timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt, consistent with our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or regulatory obligations — for example, transaction records subject to RBI retention requirements. See our Privacy Policy §9 for the full retention schedule.
