How do I delete my Rivo account?

If you have the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. If you have uninstalled the app, email support@rivo.pe from your registered email address or phone number to request deletion.

How long does Rivo take to process an account deletion request?

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt, consistent with Rivo's obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What if I have already uninstalled the Rivo app?

You can still request deletion by emailing support@rivo.pe from your registered email address or mobile number. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.
