Rivo is an AI that watches your money for you. Connect your accounts and it reads your spending, spots what you’re losing, and sends you one clear nudge when something needs your attention. Most people find it catches things they didn’t know to look for.

When does Rivo launch?

We’re opening access in batches later this year. We’d rather go slow and get it right than ship something half-baked to a thousand people at once. Joining the waitlist now puts you at the front of the queue.

How does the waitlist work?

Just enter your phone number on our homepage or waitlist page. We’ll text you a secure invite when it’s your turn. You can move up the queue and skip the line by sharing your unique referral link with friends.

What data does Rivo collect?

Only what’s necessary to run the service. Rivo reads transactions from your connected accounts, and optional text messages to categorise expenses. We never sell your personal data, and we don’t spam. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don’t sell your data, full stop. If we ever integrate a third-party service, we name them upfront and you opt in — it’s never the default. Our business model is the product, not your data.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit — the same standards banks use. Backend access is tightly restricted internally, and we don’t store credentials for your accounts anywhere on our servers.

Are the calculators free?

Yes, and they always will be. No account needed, no ads, no paywalls. We built them because we wanted these tools to exist — not to sell you something.

How do I contact support?

Email cp@rivo.pe for any questions. Our Grievance Officer acknowledges complaints within 24 hours.

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can delete your account and wipe your data in the app settings, or by emailing us at cp@rivo.pe. We delete everything we’re not legally required to hold within 30 days.

Is Rivo available outside India?

Accepted Answer

No. Rivo is custom-built for India. It’s designed specifically around Indian credit cards, reward rules, Indian tax slabs, and UPI. India is our entire focus.
